Either mirror your mobile or use the YouTube app on the TV to start streaming. They may not be live, most of them are recorded spin sessions but it’s as close as it gets. We found that some channels set live streams on YouTube but you will have to check and follow the scheduled time to join a live class.

The fitness coach will guide you through the course as if you are all new to spin. No pressure, no hurry, just follow through and slow down if you find it hard. Everyone does when they first experience spin. It is a beginners spin workout so if you are a seasoned spinner, give this one a miss and move on to the next video. You can of course still follow video and run through the phases but push up the magnetic or belt resistance on your stationary cycle.
2. 20-minute Spin Workout for Beginners and Experienced Riders by Studio SWEAT
Here is something for both beginners and experienced spinners. The free 20 minute spin class it brought to you buy Studio Sweat. Unfortunately, this is a partial video but for a beginner, it is a quick introduction to spin. What it does not have is the post workout cool down or stretch sessions, something you can do on your own for five minutes at the end.

4. 30 Minute Cycling Workout for Beginners
So far we had 20 minute videos for beginners. Take it a step further and push your body with cycling workout video. It is still for beginners to indoor cycling, spin class, or workout on your stationary bike. If you have the bandwidth for it, this is also a 4K video, perfect for the big screen TV. Follow Kayleigh Cohen (KS) through the warming up, rolling hills, climbs, sprints, jogs and jumps and pushing between sprints and slims before cooling down. All that in 30 minutes. There is even music to accompany your spin exercise. Beats are a bonus to accompany session. Plus, there is a 20 minutes version if you want a variation.
5. 20 Minute FREE Beginner Spin Class
Another 20 minute spin class for beginners, this is from Athlean-XX for Women. A free class you can pick up at home or in the gym on your phone, definitely a great place to start.
